We visit the magnificent national museum , the folklore museum ( Azem palace ), Omayyad mosque , the tomb of Saladin & the straight street of Damascus are to be visited before lunch. This after-noon is an easy visit to the Christianquarter where St.Ananias saw the vision of God , who ordered him to cure St.Paul out of his blindness. Free time to do shopping in the souq of Hamidieh which is stuffed up with every type of fine Orientals. At the end of the day , we drive over to Qasioun mountain for a panoramic overlook Damascus.Back to the hotel for dinner & O/N.

Today continue your drive through the famous bride of the Syrian desert , Palmyra the city of a thousand column. We explore the temple of god Bel, the museum, the virecta, the tombs, the theater, the agora , the monumental arch, Zanobia bath & Diocletian camp. Lunch to be in a local restaurant. ( if included ). Driving back to Damascus for dinner & O/N.
